On viewing/test driving the car I noticed a broken wing mirror, battery light low warning on the dash and a loud banging/thudding noise coming from the back, I made Mike aware of the issues and he promised the problems would be corrected on collecting the car in 1 weeks time. I went through with my finance and paid £1000 deposit. After a week I went back to collect the car and nothing had been corrected on the car, I was annoyed but exited for my new car, Mike once again promised to get the car booked in after the Christmas period. After Christmas I heard nothing from Mike or the company, it was me doing the chasing and sending emails, everytime I rang, Mike wasn't in! After 2 days of driving the car it started to really jolt hard into gears and hesitant to set off, building the rpm up high then jolting into gear and setting off quite fast, sometimes spinning the wheels (automatic) I put this in an email to Mark the managing director, I heard nothing from him for nearly 3 weeks, I was sending emails nearly everyday. After a month of owning the car it went into carmotion, they had it for 2 week. When they delivered the car back the only things that where corrected where the broken wing mirror and battery warning light, the jolting into gears where still present and the thudding coming from the back. Emails where sent again to Mark and Lorraine who are both incompetent on replying in a good frame of time, once again weeks went by sending emails and ringing the company. My car eventually went back once again, this time they had it for a month, I got the car back exactly the same. At this point I'd had enough, i was upset, deflated and didnt have the energy to deal with these people through emails anymore. I went through motonova to reject the car. They where amazing with help and support, motonova sent numerous emails to carmotion for them to exept the car back, which all got ignored. My car got collected by motonova last week to get sold at auction, so carmotion are going to be left with a heafty debt to motonova. Motonova are also refunded my £1000 deposit paid to carmotion and cancelled my finance. I'm so glad this is all over and I had finance on this car and not paid these cowboys cash!! Please do not buy from this company, if anything go's wrong on your car you will be ignored for months and out of pocket with no help or support from these horrible people!
