As a first-time Mini Cooper owner, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's been nothing short of brilliant. The salesman at the dealership was incredibly patient and informative, taking the time to answer my nagging questions about the Mini. I found everyone to be extremely helpful and very informative. The casual approach to the sale made me feel comfortable while I was enquiring about the car. I don't think I could speak highly enough of the dealership but I would happily recommend.

Off the top of my head I can't remember when I bought the car but it's been sound, I don't think I've had any issues up until now and I've used it every single day. After a quick look on Autotrader for a Ford Fiesta, there were a lot of results but after looking at the reviews, I couldn't ignore this company. Anyway, when I arrived everyone was very welcoming and made the whole experience very easy and I got a great quality car for a fair price, so I can't complain.

I'm happy with my new Polo from this dealership. It was my first time visiting this dealership, and I found it easily accessible. The staff were incredibly welcoming, not pushy at all, and provided helpful information along with offering a test drive. I wasn't in the dealership long before I put down a deposit on the spot. We arranged for me to collect the car a week later after it had a fresh MOT and it passed with no advisories.

Making the journey from Bristol to Bedworth was definitely worth it for me. I'm really happy with my Volkswagen Passat that I bought. it's been nothing short of brilliant. After spotting it online, I made the trip over and was relieved to find that the car was exactly as advertised. The team made me feel really welcome when I arrived, and I drove away from the dealership feeling incredibly happy with my purchase.

From when I first enquired about my Kia Sportage the team at Graylands Ltd have been brilliant! I didn't catch the salesman's name on the day but to be honest, everyone involved in the sale was very polite and professional. I purchased the car on a Saturday so the team were very busy but still did the most to make time for me. It's been about 2 months now since driving it away and it's been a great car.

I'm very happy with my Ford Focus that I purchase from Graylands. The customer service was amazing, everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. They even managed to get everything sorted quickly, including putting a fresh MOT on the car, which was fantastic. I'd easily give them 5 stars. From the moment I walked into the dealership and set eyes on my new car, I instantly knew it was the one for me. It was in immaculate condition, just like it had come out of a Mercedes showroom. The sales assistant did not have to do much work because my mind was already made up to go ahead with the purchase. It was a smooth transition, and the handover was dealt with efficiently and quickly, all the paperwork was completed in no time. Would I buy another car from here and recommend them to others? Yes, I think I would.

I had my heart set on a Ford Focus, and I must say, it's absolutely fantastic—I adore the car! Graylands were excellent; they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. When I arrived to collect my new baby, she was ready and waiting for me. The valeting chap did a spectacular job, leaving her gleaming inside and out. Highly recommended dealership!
