My Audi is doing great! I've towed my caravan a few times with it now, and it's handled it like a champ with no issues at all. The service from Vision Motors Direct was absolutely mint. I'm made up with how they dealt with things and my car! I score these a strong 4.5 because, at the end of the day, no one is perfect, are they? Looking back at everything, they came extremely close though!

Upon arrival at Vision Motors in Saint Helens, I was introduced to one of their sales reps named Jake. I was very impressed with the whole process; Jake was very friendly and answered any questions I had, and the customer service he provided was excellent. We were looking for a new car, and we found one through AutoTrader. We collected our Renault Megane last month, and it's been running like a dream since. All of the process was very simple, and there was no hard sale! Our sales agent explained everything in great detail. The customer service from Jake and the team was absolutely 💯 fantastic. The car was brought around for a test drive, and after the test drive, all paperwork was promptly sorted with complete care and attention. I’m absolutely made up with my Jaguar! I usually don’t have the best experience with car salespeople as I find them a bit too pushy, but Jake was a refreshing change. From the moment I met him, he was genuinely nice and kind. Jake’s approach was fantastic—he encouraged me to take another test drive if I wasn’t sure and made it clear that I should take my time to think things over. There was no pressure at all, which I respected massively. It’s rare to find someone in this business who is so patient and so understanding. Thanks to Jake, I felt completely confident in my decision, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Jaguar. It was a 5/5 experience.
