I drove all the way for a car, which was there when I set off, only to be told that it had "sold" when I arrived! - I was told that I could look for another car. Do not trust this company.
I will never go back here. Car was sold 'as seen' with a rattle told to be exhaust issue. Turns out the car needed a new engine! I was lucky as I got mechanics and lawyers involved within 30 days which makes things easier on the legal side. With a lot of legal persuasion they quickly gave in to a full refund but I am one of the lucky ones. You only have to scroll down on the Google reviews to see how many people are left devastated. These guys epitomise why the car dealership sector gets a bad rep. The network of dodgy dealerships, MOT centres and mechanics in the area work together to flog cars that are bound to blow up within months. Avoid at all costs. If you do buy a car, take your trusted mechanic to do a full once-over, and don't be fooled by this "no refund", "no warranty", "sold as seen" rubbish - you do have statutory consumer rights WHATEVER and they will give in.
