Bad customer service

Hi everyone I would like to tell everyone about my experience I had when I bought my brand new car from Arnold Clark Liverpool it was all going well till my first yearly service was due on my car I called the dealership to book my car in and they gave me a date and when I visited with My car they told me it wasn't booked in for a service and when I asked the service department why. they where very rude and had a bad attitude and told me to leave the premises so I just left the dealership at that point I felt very disrespected and couldn't believe how bad I was treaded so I would like everyone to know about the experience I had and I have since sold my car and bought a different one from somewhere else and would never buy another car from Arnold Clark Liverpool again I would mark it zero stars on here but it want let me so I marked it 1 star
