Worst customer service I've known

Had a service and mot from here. Despite them knowing for a few hours my car failed on a tyre they left it until 5 mins before they closed (and half an hour after I went to collect my car) that it needed a tyre and told me they don't have a tyre in stock. Their attitude was they couldn't care, they told me its not their issue and was very unhelpful. Tried to offer me a tyre at over £50 more expensive than elsewhere with no commitment as to when they could fit it. Basically wanted to try and couldn't care less about leaving me without a car. Their attitude is terrible. Avoid at all costs
