Awful customer service faulty car

Paid a deposit and transport to a branch near me, car arrived, a dent which was supposed to have been repaired wasn’t done and non functioning parking sensors , rang to complain to a general manager at Arnold Clark Glasgow Motorstore called Ryan he agreed to my statement that it should have been checked before it left his branch in glasgow he said I’ll check and get back to you, guess what he never did so left a message for him to ring me, you’ve guessed it he never did. not interested once they have your money, if the managers aren’t bothered what are the staff under him like ?
