Nightmare van

Bought a transit custom in September at a cost of £10 600 for my building services Within 2 weeks van had an issue with intermittent blue smoke Van was returned so they could fix issue under the ‘warranty terms ‘ . Had the van back thinking issue was fixed but with in a couple of days issue was still there so back it went to be ‘fixed ‘ again . Had the van back & the next day it was still evident that the issue was still there So they had it back a third time but this time they basically said it had no issue & washed their hands of it But the issue of the blue smoke every other day is still there . Even let blue smoke out a mile away from the garage as I drove away of which I sent them the video evidence & got no response . I have taken the van to a Ford dealer & they have said it definitely has an DPF issue & needs fixing but it could cost £££s to fix So this along with all the days of work I lost whilst van was at their garage just about tops it off So hopefully if you buy a vehicle from this place it won’t have an issue as the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on Maybe safer buying from a proper dealer I wish I had
