Miffed off

Sorry a bit lengthy this one TLDR version- avoids doing work on cars that has already been paid for, they screen your called if you're not a sale. terrible after service would recommend you avoid. Brought a car from Auto Inn, at first all seemed really good and I was impressed, the car had a cracked windscreen but I arranged with them to get it fixed for a little bit extra (worked out cheaper than going elsewhere) they gave us a date the guy would turn up at my house to change the windscreen.... no one showed. I phoned them explaining, they apologised said they would contact the guy and get back to me later that day... no returned call. the next day, I phoned several times... no answer the next day I got through! and we sorted a day out for later that week at their place and they would ring me back with a time...no returned call. I tried ringing them a couple of times during the week and when I did get through the guy who was "sorting that out" wasn't in the office that day and would be back in the day I was meant to bring the car in. day I was meant to bring the car in I phoned ahead to make sure it was still going ahead... they had no bookings for that day... at this I got a little upset and because it was close to Christmas and they were shutting down to Christmas the best they could do was book me in for the 2nd of Jan as this was the day they re opened, miffed I agreed as I just wanted to get this done as I had already paid for it. 2nd of Jan I phoned ahead again to be told there was nothing booked in AGAIN! I may have shouted a bit after this phone call and they booked me in for the 5th and would let me know what time to bring the car down. no return call 4th of Jan called 5 times. no answer 5th of Jan got through no booking again said it was Thursday not Tuesday and would let me know the time, no returned call and no answer on 5 different attempts. 6th (today as I write) called 4 times no answer, phoned off a different line and they answered right away! I informed them I was coming down after work to get this sorted. also the prices displayed on their cars are a lot more than they display on auto trader website, always check! 6th
