Recently bought a car from Auto cars, and the service from start to finish was Brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone.

5 was quick and easy great service

We went through a broker and it was Autocars that had the car. So a third party purchase almost. We've had no had any problems with it as of yet. Quick turnaround there was no aggro it was all a given and as described so can't complain. I would give them a 5 to be honest as I said no aggro all went smoothly so yeah!

We do a hell of a lot with Autocars, on a trade to trade basis. I dealt with Kirsty this time around but it is usually James I deal with. Great service as always. Had no issues at all. Everything has been fine with the Tesla we purchased. Would rate them a 5/5.

We have had a few cars from Autocars for our own place now, we mostly deal with Kelly or James but they are both equally as helpful and always provide a good level of service. In regards to the cars we have had off of them they are always in good condition and cleaned. We did have one issue with one car however they took it back and sorted it for us without any problems. Would rate there service 5/5.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Car was in great condition, I arrived to the dealership in the afternoon and left about a hour and half later with it. Rob even took me to the post office so I could sort the tax out. One problem came up but they agreed to sort it right away and it was something that they wouldn't have known about prior so I can't fault them, absolutely superb experience!

We use Autocars frequently for our business. It is always an easy deal without any stress. All praise to Kelly who we deal with each time she gets everything done quickly, no messing about. Car was all prepared cleaned and ready to go for when we wanted it. 100% a 5 star rating.

Local dealership to us, we have used AutoCars in the past and will continue to use them in the future, they are reliable and trustworthy, never had any problems. We weren't set on what car we wanted but were comfortable to go around and have a look at different options. I didn't test drive but the option was there if I wanted. The car was cleaned and prepared in a timely manner, i couldn't fault Autocars.

I purchased a Ford Grand C-max, I haven't driven one of these before and had always had Volvos but thought I'd try something different. Unfortunately a noise came up on the car so I took it to the garage and they ran a dianositics and couldn't find the issue. I decided to return the car and go back to a Volvo. It is unfortunate that AutoCars didn't have any Volvos on site for me to get as they were such a great company to deal with. The sales team were incredibly sweet and had no problem with me returning the Ford to them, they couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend this company and if they did have a Volvo available I would have purchased it from them.
