Having now had my car for more than a week, we thought that we should write and thank you for the professional and courteous service given by Autocars in general and by you in particular. We are very pleased with the car which was handed over to us in showroom condition. The transaction was handled adeptly throughout, leaving out nothing necessary. The cherry on the cake was your personal customer service delivered in a attentive and friendly manner. It made the difference. Thanks. Although you thought that there was no hard-copy of the user handbook, there was one to be found in the glovebox (more than an inch thick!). There was also a very useful fold-out leaflet illustrating the main vehicle controls and screen operations. Very useful.

This is our first time owning a Vauxhall Crossland and for the time we've had it, it's going well. I'm really pleased with it. There were a couple of issues with the car when we first got it, but after calling up Autocars, they were more than helpful and helped to sort the issues out right away with 0 pushback.

I wouldn't change anything about my visit to Autocars Ltd. I've had my Discovery Sport for 3 weeks now and other than a small issue with the camera (which Chris has ordered the part for) it's been spot on. The process has been really easy, and I can't complain.

Recently bought a BMW 1 Series, and I couldn’t be happier. I thought Chris was amazing, attentive and never made me feel rushed. That’s the difference you get with a family run business compared to a big dealership. There was no pressure at all, and they even offered me a second test drive if I wanted. Everything they promised to do on the car before collection was done, and it now drives like brand new. No issues whatsoever, just a brilliant car, and even better that I found one only 30 minutes away. I’d rate 6 stars if I could.

Rob's customer service throughout the sale was all fine. He was on hand to answer my questions, and it all went well. I've had my Mercedes for about 3 weeks now, and other than the stop/start being intermittent (which I think is the battery), it's been a good car.

Not too bad overall. I had one issue, but I raised it with them, and they were great about it. Such an easy company to work with and brilliant service. I was recommended to buy from here by my sister, as they’re local to her. They were really helpful and sorted everything quickly.

I've gotten a lot of use out of my Kia since getting it back in January, and it's been great. This was my first time getting a car from this dealership and everything went well. Chris offered a test drive and was lovely to deal with.

Autocars Ltd isn't local to me, but my car buying experience was great. Gary was the salesman who looked after me, and he had a no pressure approach to the sale. The Audi TT has been lovely with no issues.
