Fantastic service from all of the guys at AutostradaCars! I bought a top spec Honda CR-V from Barry after spending weeks trying to find a very specific spec,. Barry is a really nice guy to deal with! Main dealers can learn a thing or two from him. He valued my part exchange over the phone subject to viewing it (which was actually a very reasonable part exchange valuation), and I then set off on a 280 mile round trip to AutostradaCars. Definitely worth the trip! The car was in superb condition, the service was impeccable, (they also make a nice cuppa!), plus they even let me test drive the CR-V on my own. Did the deal there and then, part exchanged my Audi and drove home in my lovely new car. Had a few very minor issues with the car a week after purchase involving faulty parking sensors and wiper blades, however Steve @ Autostrada (I think he's the general manager) sorted these out fairly quickly at their cost. So overall, I'm absolutely delighted with the customer service! I will be back in 6 months to buy a car for my wife from these guys, even if it means another 280 mile round trip. I know I will not be disappointed. These guys have a brilliant selection of cars in stock and they are genuinely really nice people to deal with. Definitely recommended!!
