Range Rover Autovogue Conversion
I paid Autovogue over £3000 to update my Range Rover to 2018 SVO spec. Some of the kit was poorly fitted and when things went wrong during the conversion (the car was returned to me with a parking sensor fault) the garage tried to convince me that the fault was pre-existing. The car had to go back to them twice before the poor fitting was rectified and for the parking sensor fault to be repaired. The garage were reluctant to resolve the problems and despite charging me more money the parking sensor fault is still present. I would not deal with the company again because when things went wrong they didn't act reasonably and seemed to put more effort into avoiding responsibility than resolving the problem, It also became apparent that their technicians are not as knowledgeable as you would hope as despite having the car for a total of 5 working days they could not resolve a simple parking sensor fault.
