My Ford Fiesta has been brilliant! I love it, and it's such an upgrade from my previous car. I had my eye on the Fiesta for a while, so I started to save up the difference for when I part exchanged mine in. This, however, was cut short due to some idiot (to put it politely) going into the back of me, resulting in the car being a write-off, which was annoying, but I managed to get the car sooner. Since I've had it, it's been on a long trip to Wales, and I'm happy with it. I wanted to put some skirts on the car, but the trip has made me question what upgrades I want because of the road conditions. I've gotten all my cars from here, and I will continue to be a returning customer.

I've not really driven my car much since I got it in January; I think I've put around 100 miles on it. The car was only ever needed for the convenience of picking up the grandkids, etc. It was actually my first time visiting here, and I was extremely happy with my experience. Everything was ready when I was told it would be, there was no hard sell, and it was just a really relaxed process. I went for the new model of the Vauxhall Astra because I had one previously, which I really enjoyed before it was written off. My other half will be looking for a car soon, so we will 100% be looking at getting another car from here.

I'm very local to this dealership, so I knew that they had a very good reputation. Naturally when It came to getting a new car, I was interested to see what they had in stock. As a woman, it can be horrible when visiting a dealership, but from the moment I arrived, I thought that Chris and Graham treated me with the up most of respect and didn't speak down to me, which really made me feel at ease. I went for the Fiat 500 and I've put a lot of miles on it since I got it back in January. I've done mostly short trips to my friends, but I have done the odd long trips on the motor way and the car has been amazing! I had a few teething problems just after the purchase of the car, but both Chris and Graham were very apologetic, and they were quick to get the issues resolved (which you don't get with most dealerships). To this day, I know if I called them up, they would pick up the phone. I'm very very happy and I would 100% come back here for future cars.

When I first arrived, the team were very friendly, and I felt very comfortable asking any questions about the Honda Civic I was interested in. The salesman was honest when he answered all of my questions, along with him pointing out a scratch on the bumper that I hadn't seen, which was really honest of him. After taking it out on a test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it!! When I came back to collect my car, the scratches were gone, and the car looked like new. I would happily come back.

The Peugeot 108, is comfy, it's walm in this cold weather and it's a great little car to bob around in. A cheerful little motor that does the job! Thanks Team! 😊

I will always come to Chris and Graham at Autoworld for advice. Always have done and I always will. I have never come across such lovely car dealers in my life. They are just so kind, they always make you feel safe and looked after, never any hard sell. I would never go to anyone else after Autoworld Faversham set the bar so high. 5 stars, top marks. My Peugeot is running smoothly with no problems at all. I know Graham and Chris very well, they are very good chaps and a highly reliable car seller! Auto world Faversham has been my go to dealership for years and it's not going to change any time soon. The team are kind, friendly and they always answer every question or queries that we have. I think that deserve 5 stars? What about you? .

My car is perfect. No issues what so all. the Peugeot 308 has been nothing short fantastic since we drove away. No problems at all. The 2 brother's down there are ace! Graham and Chris, really good chaps, very nice to deal with, keep it professional but laid back at the same time, which is what you want! They are lovely. I have no issues with anything at all! A very very easy 5 stars!

The Mercedes E Class is grand. No cause for concern, its been one hell of a smooth run. The team did more than enough for me on the day of the buying process and all was fine and ran like clock work! 5 stars for sure!
