Very poor organisation

I phoned Autoworld Willenhall at 10 in the morning to check that the car I wanted to buy was still there, and got confirmation that it was still for sale. Arriving 1h 20minutes later, it turned out that the car was sold days ago. It was on a separate parking lot with dust on it and a "sold"sign. When talking to the manager, she refused to even refund my petrol money as it wasn't their fault. Must have been me, then, not being able to be clairvoyant. They didn't care one bit that I spent 3 hours on the road for nothing.
