Time wasters
I enquired about a Skoda Enyaq via email over the course of a few days. I requested details about a couple of features I was interested in and the salesperson requested the details from their local Skoda dealership. Having forwarded me the details of the car's specification they increased the price of the car by over £2k without letting me know. Before the point they increased the price I requested to progress with the purchase. They did not reply to that email because they knew they didn't want to sell it to me having added £2k to the price. I asked about the price change and apparently it's to "reflect the specification of the car"...which they wouldn't have even known about unless I had asked them to find out for me. What a totally ludicrous way to sell cars and treat customers! and what a complete waste of my time!
