New car deposit refund refused
I paid £1.000. Deposit for a new Honda e last year. I didn’t receive any communication for nearly a year on its progress. When I cancelled the car for personal reasons, they refused to refund my deposit. They claim that I was due to pick up the car the following day but this is untrue. I was going to the showroom to view the car for the first time. How could I pick up a new car without registration details and insurance.£1.000 is a lot of money to loose. Very poor service.
