Avoid at all cost!

Avoid Avoid PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING A VAN HERE!!!!!! Bartley Green Commercials firstly i got ripped off with the deposit I had to put down on a van which cost me almost £4000. Debbie also said i will have to get a new cam belt which her mechanic would do for free but was on holiday so wont be able to do it. Next within the first week an engine Maintenace light came on which Debbie and her mechanics stated it just needed a regen, but the light came back on which Debbie and her mechanics said it was the DPF pump which they changed but the light still stayed on. We went back many times but they kept clearing the computer system and stating it must be there machine that they use so she went to get her sons snap on machine which cleared it for about three weeks. During this time the vans alternator went plus battery which I had to pay for out of my own pocket but the truth was due to the problem with the DPF the van was in limp mode meaning the cooling fan was kept on for a longer period of time draining the battery. After the three weeks we called Debbie explaining the Vans DPF engine lights still coming on this was when Debbie switched shouting "it cant be this it has to be something else you have had the van for how long now" we went to the garage and yes the DPF was still blocked but Debbie blamed us stating it was our fault for leaving the fuel low. I think this was a poor excuse Debbie knows deep down it was her fault as we have gone to a mechanic that we trust he clearly stated the Particular filter is pass regeneration and will need to be cleaned which he is honest and stated he doesn't do this but specialist places that do he did the diagnosis plus regen for free as well which Debbie wanted to charge £70. Debbie knew this but allowed us to drive the van in limp mode which could have caused a lot more problems but is too tight to deal with the problem from the start. I don't usually write reviews but please avoid this sales garage as once you give your money to this lady any problems, she will drag out time so that you warranty doesn't cover repairs. Its a real shame how evil money can make someone I am lucky that my partner was able to pay off the finance on the van pretty much straight away but I wouldn't like this to happen to someone else as this could cause a lot of financial difficulties.
