Very poor service
I went to view a Vauxhall Vivaro, first impressions of the staff were overall good. I took the car for a test drive with Bob (battery representative), I discovered a noise in the 5th and 6th gear. Bob not being a sales representative I asked Jamie to go for a second test drive to confirm the noises heard. We'd discussed potential solutions and came to the agreement that I would take the vehicle and have the repairs completed at a 3rd party garage at the expense of BCV Corporation LTD. Once the repairs were completed BCV have not responded to any of the emails sent. Today, I made a claim to courts to recover the cost of repairs as agreed. I am overall dissatisfied with the services provided by BCV Corporation LTD and strongly advice anybody to steer clear.
