Excellent service

In January 2019 I purchased my first BMW vehicle (X4). Prior to this purchase, I have never intended to ever purchase a BMW. Usually when I purchase cars, the sales team are great and you are well catered for. After sales is usually less enthusiastic. However, I purchased my car through Christian Short and he handled everything very well. I have since been back to BMW for various matters, from the first service, tyre checks etc... Each time, the Service department have been nothing short of excellent. I could not be any happier with the treatment that I have received. My car is fantastic and the team, from the receptionists to the service team and management have been professional, accommodating and simply the best!
