Absolutely gold standard service.

Absolutely gold standard service from Nathan Owen at Bentley Cambridge putting the customer first. I purchased a two year old X3 M40i BMW which was prepared in pristine condition complete with brand new Bridgestone tyres. The service and attention to deal that I received was first class. If not for Nathan's input, from what only began as a speculative enquiry late on a dark and rainy Friday afternoon, then the deal would not have even happened. I'm so glad it did as my new car is perfect and I was given the confidence to buy without prior inspection. The dealership also took my previous car as a no quibble part exchange and gave me an extremely fair price which was pivotal in making things 'work'. Nathan and I agreed the p/x price over the phone based upon my description of the vehicle and that was exactly that. I rarely write reviews, but in this case, it is so richly deserved because Bentley Cambridge are a high calibre organisation in a different league to other main dealers I have dealt with. Everything was just right in every way, from the initial enquiry and video presentation, all the way up to being shown to my new car to find that it was waiting with half a tank of fuel. I even received some rather nice complimentary Bentley keyrings too! Like everything in life it is just those little things but they go a long way. One very happy customer. Thank you so much.
