Fantastic Dealer.

I had been looking for some time for a low mileage WJ series Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 V8. One popped up on Auto Trader which looked good ,so I phoned Berkshire Jeeps and spoke with Jason who gave me a full honest description of the Jeep. As I was traveling up from Cornwall Jason went the extra mile in answering all my questions, He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about all things Jeep. At no point was he a pushy sales person, A date was agreed upon when I would come up to view the Jeep, Jason arranged for the Jeep to be MOTd and serviced so that I could take it away with me if I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. On arrival at Berkshire Jeeps we were welcomed by Jason offered coffee or Tea, given the keys to the Jeep we had chosen and was free to inspect it and test drive it without any interference from Jason. The Jeep was well presented and was as described by Jason so the purchase was made. The drive back to Cornwall was very enjoyable, the next morning Jason phoned me to check that everything was ok with the vehicle. Jason certainly seems to go the extra mile to look after his customer from the first phone call to the after sales care. Thank you Jason I will be back. Gerry.
