I have had the exact same problem as the last reviewer. I was told when the car was purchased (January 24th) that the car had a full service history and although this was not with them at the moment it had been tracked down and would be with me in the next couple of days. Over 6 weeks later I am still waiting for the history. I have been told on several occasions that it has been found and will be sent 'soon' or 'tomorrow' but it still hasn't arrived and no updates are ever provided without chasing. The last update I had was Monday night saying they had the history but a new book had been requested which should have come yesterday. It didn't and I still have nothing. All I want is for the history to be provided and if it is not available a refund to be made commensurate with the value lost as a result. Very, very bad post sale customer service.
