Bad customer service

I called the bonic car sales Northampton, I wanted to purchase a corsa from them but I was worried at the amount of bad review I saw concerning the company. I went ahead to contact the managing director of the company, whilst talking about my concerning he got defensive and ended the conversation with this exact words "you're doing my heading. Piss off" and cut the phone. This just proves everything I've seen on the review, whilst I wanted the car, customer service is very important. And therefore did not purchase the car
