Always excellent service and attention

My recent service on my 5th Lexus at Birmingham branch continues to confirm I'm in great hands and always well looked after by Elaine in particular with attentive support from her colleagues. Elaine took care of my service plan dealing with some administrative issues taking the hassle away for me. I was even allowed temporary use of an office for some private calls. I wouldn't go anywhere else and will no doubt move onto my 6th Lexus when the time is right. I have recommended Lexus to others who have purchased and enjoy the same care and attention.
