Defective car sale

I was sold a car which was NOT road worthy with safety defects, BITU motors very cleverly hid the defects and clocked the milage on the car. After sale service was VERY BAD service, all full of promises and no actions. The only option for me is to take legal action, AVOID THIS COMANY AT ALL COSTS.
