Charging for work that was not done!

Booked my Car in to have the rear control arm bushes replaced and wheel alignment - total cost = £440 + £120 for the wheel alignment. They took over 24hrs, without communications. When I went to pick up the car, they stated that the wheel alignment had been done to their best ability and that I would need to take it to another specialist garage to get it sorted - I refused to believe them and got my £120 refunded, after some argument. The team at Brindley Volvo are a joke, there is no customer care - take this as a warning. I did have my car booked for an MOT, however, I cancelled and took it to Squires (Volvo Burntwood) - great service there!
