POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very poor, picked up a used Ford Fiesta ST £14,600 drove down at agreed time from Stockport to Wolverhampton only to discover car had scraped alloys and a dent despite being assured car did not. When we went to drive it away battery was flat, once this was corrected the middle screen did not work and had to be fixed by mechanics. Car was left in a large car lot unable to walk down one side of it to check condition neither was it prepared and wiped down for collection Very poor experience, would not recommend, maybe better with new cars.
