Disgusting customer service
Our 3 month old Seat broke down and was taken to Bristol Street Derby for repair, we were informed by them that we would not need to cover any hire car charges as the car was under warranty. Following repair the car failed again with the same issue 3 weeks later. Again Seat Derby confirmed they would cover hire car charges while our vehicle was in for repair. The car was with them for 3 weeks as they couldn't find the fault, and when they did they couldn't program the part to the car as they didn't have the correct equipment. They are now denying all knowledge of any conversations relating to hire car costs and expecting us to pay the bill. The general manager has even threatened to have me arrested if I go on site. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, avoid at all costs.
