Awful experience, be aware
We purchased a Vauxhall Grandland in June 2024, within the first 2 weeks it was returned to fix a fault, then 10 days after that another fault .... within 6 weeks I went back for "fixes" 5 times and promised a hire car that never turned up. I asked to return the car on 2 occasions but Brooklands refused. Eventually they stopped talking to me. I then went to my credit card company and raised a Section 75 claim. The car was inspected by an independent RAC approved garage and there was a history of faults that had never been dealt with. Brooklands refused to engage in conversation with the credit card company as well. Until, the final hours of the claim when they arranged for an independent review of the vehicle, without letting anyone know! This put me back another 4 weeks. Good news is my credit card company gave me a settlement to cover the entire purchase and other expenses I incurred. Brooklands are great when they are taking your money but I would stay well away.
