I would happily buy from here again next time I'm ready for a new car. I bought a Mercedes and its great, it stands out and I get some lovely compliments on it. They have modified the car very well, as of most of their cars - very good at what they do. I was driving a smaller car beforehand so it took some time to get used to, but its perfect. I was looking for a car for a few months and I found a couple but none really cut it. When I found the Golf at Brownroyd, it seemed to be pretty much perfect for what I wanted. I went to go and view it and snapped it up there and then, I was so happy with it. Although I bought during very strange times (Covid) the service I received was fantastic, very helpful salesman and everything ran smoothly despite the restrictions in place. I arrived to collect the car and couldn't believe how clean and tidy it was, it was immaculate. The car has been back since with an ad blue issue but has been sorted, the guys were great, handled it professionally and quickly and since touch wood, all has been fine!

I just upgraded my Ford Fiesta to a Volkswagen Golf and WOW, what a difference, I'm certainly having some fun driving the Golf, its very very nice to drive. I've not had a single issue with with the car since buying over 2 months ago. I felt a bit on edge at first but the staff displayed excellent customer service through-out. Clear communication and straight forward from the start, I never had any concerns about the car or dealership and the fact the held the car off sale an extra 2 week whilst I had to self isolate, went a long way for me - really impressed with the over-all purchase.
