Appalling from start to finish
Appalling service from start to finish. Part exchanged our car for a second hand e208 from the dealership. This process started in December and we didn’t receive the car until over a month later. We completed over 7 trips to the dealership (a long distance) and on every visit there was an issue. After finally receiving the car, a week later 5 faults appeared on the dash at the same time so we had to take the car back yet again. After weeks being in for repair, we returned as per instruction, to pick up the car only to find they haven’t fixed some of the faults. A wasted trip and had to wait further for it to be repaired yet again as they “didn’t see the paperwork for the repair”. When we received the car again, we noticed there was no information on the cars service history and later found that it doesn’t have any service history. They had not told us this when purchasing the car. On a side note, they replaced the tyres that I mentioned were worn when first seeing the car, with the cheapest, and I mean the cheapest (£41) non-ev tyres they could find. The dealership also “cleaned” the car which I assume they mean they hoovered it briefly as that’s all it looked like. Avoid this dealership as they do not provide a premium service. It is mediocre at best.
