Dishonest, poor quality, cowboys

The frontman of Cardiff Car Warehouse is a blatant liar! He told me my car had service history that he’d put in the mail. He didn’t. I now have no history with the vehicle and I’m staring at a £2000 bill to carry out a cambelt change, service and brake change, all of which this guy said had been done, but on, inspection I don’t believe has. My car was missing a rear head rest. He said it he post it to me. He didn’t. He tried to blame a colleague, like that would make a difference! Like anyone buying a car, I expected a “competent” used car salesman to inform the DVLA that the dealer had taken ownership of my part ex. This particular individual didn’t bother, leaving me out of pocket the remaining amount of my part ex’s car tax and notifying the DVLA myself! He asked me for my bank details to send me the money, but I didn’t trust him with that task either............Save your money and find a professional trader rather than this dishonest cowboy! 6 months in and I’m now 3500 pounds out of pocket after buying a car here........
