Sold multi-faulted car, don't comply CRA
Bought car, the highly patronising sales manager tries to push extra warranty. clutch started failing within meters of leaving CarWorld, completely failing before getting home. Vehicle returned after 3 weeks for repair, Within 2 short driving days Coolant warning light came on, with reserve completely empty. Aftersales manager stated serious damage caused by overheating would be my responsibility and refused to recover and repair (CRA states it is his responsibility). Local repair (requiring a quote from garage which CW must authorise before returning for work to be booked) was impossible, CW state they would order and post but never sent. Took day from work to let CW repair, but next day same leak. Oil sensor now faulty as well I have tried on 3 occasions to reject but CW will not refund my money, and threatening to charge me storage while small claims court action progressing for refund. This is not a stress free purchase, clearly CW didnt repair faults before sale, and wont comply with CRA 2015.
