A very unbelievable experience for Cazoo they are offer a seven days moneyback guarantee which sounds great but when you try to use it. Things quickly go wrong if you take your car on finance you have to reapply for finance in taking up the seven days money back guarantee they have been try telling me I have to pay £250 for a second car which on the website clearly state £100 but I did not mind as the first experience was pretty good but the second car was very faulty and being a qualifier vehicle technician I decide to return the second car As driving the car within a few miles the engine management light come on, there was no water in the expansion bottle/radiator so the car overheat within a few miles 3 to be exact, as I let it run a bit before driving it, so I decided to take up there seven days money back guarantee again as driving a car that’s been overheated once most likely will have problem later on down the line and paying over £14,000 for a car that may or may not be good in a 1000 mile, it’s best to be safe and return it after returning my car because of it being faulty cazoo has cost me hassle saying that I should contact DVLA to get a new logbook and send it to the Cazoo, Free-post address I try contact DVLA but due to the COVID-19 there was close, anyway two day later after they have picked up the car the logbook arrived so I sent it back today vis there free post address over seven days ago which they are claiming now that they haven’t received it and refusing to give me a refund for something that they are clearly hiding and refuse from doing also the finance company is still billing me for a car I do not have, before I bought my car from Cazoo I have a car and a deposit to buy a new car and I’ve got enough credit history to get credit for car finance if needed after dealing with Cazoo they have left me without a car without a deposit for a new car and unacceptable for Finance due to the number of time they have run search on me (Evolution Finance) and accepted before all this i was promise by Cazoo to me a car but after returning there faulty car they refuse from sending/selling me a car although it clearly was a fault which I have taken pictures and video evidence and send it over to cazoo customer support it’s not that I am new to online buying I have buyer a bikes before from Superbike Factory without any problem, I will be complaint to trading standards, the fact is Cazoo do not appreciate the customers and neither are they willing to refund customers in a hurry it’s been over a month now and I’m still waiting on a refund from Cazoo for my first car that I return, now they are also saying I did not give them the logbook but on this occasion I’ll give it to the driver which he has ticked on the system that the customers have give him the logbook back, You can say I am Cazoooo about it all. I do hope there is a newspaper or some kind of press that would like to hear my story in more details and see the proof and evidence that I have about Cazoo.
