Do not buy from cazoo
Car not as advertised. Seat and seatbelt soiled with vomit or sticky substance noticed when got back. Whole car not cleaned properly and was paid for valet but just to hoover etc. Asked not to clean because they applied a cazoo guard to the seats that I paid got. But noticed the soiling when got vehicle back home. They used this cazoo guard the sealed in the soiling more I raised my concerns on this they said they would try to clean and rectify they did this twice and did not work. Actually worsened the seat itself and now they will not sort it. I went back in the first 7dsys so would have had all rights to return vehicle but I was made to feel this issue was going to be sorted. It I had known it couldn’t be I wouldn’t have kept the vehicle. They have had me on with this 6 months now! And still not sorted and refusing to help more. I gave them benefit of doubt and now I’m fobbed off. The customer service has definitely got worse as it’s gone on and I defintely feel it’s something to do with the business now failing. I now see so many speaking of poor quality and misadvertisement. My next step is to take it to the ombudsman as some of their staff mentioned it is an ongoing issue from in the 7 day bracket and was well within my rights for a return but then others refused. I also believe this to be based on the failing business. Really disgusted I’m left with a car I am unhappy with paying money out per month. So please don’t buy with these I am devastated I gave such a huge amount of money coming out with a horrible seat now. And also to mention one staff offers me a reupholster which I would have been a little happier with but now it’s been refused! I was happy to exhange to vehicle for an of similar one but they won’t even do this!! They palming their mishaps into me. I expected so much more. On Face value all the flashy bits and bags and gifts etc. But deeper down under the surface not a good business .
