Don't touch with a bargepole

Bought a car 4 months ago. Been back and fourth with an oil leak which they say doesn't exist. Our driveway says different! Taken car to an independent garage who have not only confirmed a major oil leak but also that the wrong engine is in the car! Now refusing to speak to me. Absolute scammers
