Terrible service DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible experience, I would not recommend anyone buying a car from this company and would advise you to stay away. Honestly, I would give 0 stars if I could. Brought a car from this company, only owned the car for a month and half of the time it’s been in a garage with a long and expensive list of faults and repairs that need doing. Absolutely terrible customer service to the point of being shouted down on the phone and sworn at constantly despite myself being polite and wanting a quick solution. Throughout all these unfriendly calls it felt like they were just delaying sorting out the issues. Despite having a national warranty, they wanted the car to be fixed up in Peterborough even with the car being unroadworthy and being over 3 hours away to eventually be sworn and shouted at again and told to sort it out myself. Terrible service, do not buy from this place and they will try and bully you through the phone.
