Clutch fault not covered under warranty, even though reported straight away

Hi, we’re very sorry you feel this way but we’ve had an independent mechanic inspect the clutch and they found no fault to fix. The protection afforded to you with the warranty is still in place and if a fault is found it would be repaired. Liars and unprofessional. Bought a car from here which broke down on my way home from the garage. On closer inspection of the car by a specialist garage was told the car was un-roadworthy and dangerous. Returned the car to coastline for a full refund, was told 4 times they had transferred the money to my account only to be told two weeks later that they were now not giving me a full refund and were therefore lying about having completed the transfer. 45 missed calls , 4 voice mails and several letters none of which they have responded to. currently awaiting legal action against them to reclaim my money. childish, unprofessional management with no integrity.
I contacted Coastline cars in Poole on Monday and agreed to buy a white Audi TT from them. The salesman could not take my deposit as apparently he was driving and on his mobile. They were supposed to call me back but didn't. I spoke to them on Tuesday and they said the car was definitely mine and gave instructions on how I had to pay via bank transfer to avoid card charges. Today I was concerned because despite somebody apparently calling me back to take the deposit nobody had called. I am appalled that instead they have decided to sell the car to somebody else. I now have to cancel all the travel plans I made in collecting the car, cancel the temporary insurance cover and need to move funds back through my own accounts. This is totally unprofessional when they knew I was 100% collecting the car on Saturday due to them being 5 hours away from me. I would not recommend this garage, they seem unapologetic, unreliable and it's not worth risking the travel there to be let down. Get your act together guys, i am so disappointed. You could have at least had the decency to call me!

Was met by a man who at first ignored us for no apparent reason and then eventually approached us to ask us which car we wanted. We told him we were undecided and he quickly asked us our max budget. We said £4000 to which he replied, "All that will get you is an old banger, £5000 is your minimum for something decent." After him showing us a few cars which were priced from £5500 to £7000, way out of our budget, a couple turned up asking to speak with the salesman who was dealing with us about a car he sold to them a few days prior which had broke down twice and has had the drivers seat adjustment rail wedged still with a coin which came out during the husband driving it, resulting in him hurting his back and nearly crashing. His reaction to this was, "Is there anything else here that you would like to try?" It was at this point we decided to leave that place and take our business elsewhere. No customer service and only in it for the money. AVOID THIS PLACE!

We have completed extensive checks into our records to find 'Peter Green' and have no record of this customer. Could Peter Green please contact us to discuss this issue. None of our friendly staff would behave in this manner towards any customer and yet again we find ourselves being victims of another bogus review.
I recently purchased a Volvo v50 from this garage in Poole. The cars are sensibly priced and all vehicles are hpi cleared once purchased. My vehicle broke down within 7 days of purchasing and they fixed it at their expense. I would recommend in purchasing a car from them again and would do myself again.
I have just brought my second car from coastline and again i am very happy. They part exchanged my old car and gave me a great price for it, the customer service from chris was second to none, he really couldnt have been more helpful. My new car had a brand new clear mot with even the advisorys being put right before i collected, it was serviced and valeted. Should i wish to upgrade in the future i will be straight down to coastline cars.
BOUGHT 2 CARS FROM THESE GUYS NOW AND AM VERY HAPPY. I WILL CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Bought car from this seller and was worst decision in my live. After few days car broke, Coastline Cars did not respond and block our phone, do not resolve my problem with car. Do not buy car from this garage. I'm not a single person who has problem with this dealer. Read more opinion on Google.
Coastline Cars has offered refund on my fuel cost having turned up to view a car that was no longer for sale and as a result the earlier review has now been removed and my perception of this dealership has changed. Found Chris at Coastline Cars to be a helpful chap and seem to have nice cars for sale.
