1st Service VW Tiguan
I purchased my car new from Corkill's so this is where it came for it's 1 service. My son made an appointment on my behalf a week in advance and was given an early drop off of 0830 hrs. I arrived at the dealership at 0810 hrs. and was greeted by Damien (I think) who from the start gave me the impression that I was welcome. I must add here that this dealership looks to be very well cared for and adequately staffed with people who seemed to be happy in what they do. However, Damian booked the car in and produced the worksheets for me to sign and noted my requests on these. As I was a 'waiting customer' he then explained the workings of their superb drinks machine, showed me where the toilets were and a waiting area with reasonably comfortable sofa and chair. Whilst I was sat there, Staff that passed by acknowledge me and asked if they could help me in any way and offering to refill my drink. This to me showed that their customers were important to them. My car was completed in the time that I was expecting and parked conveniently outside the front door of the showroom. The invoice was produced and explained to me the jobs carried out, nice professional touch, as was the total experience. I left feeling that my car was looked after in a professional manner and that my custom was important to them all. I have no hesitation in awarding them 5 stars which was well deserved. Having scrolled down the page, I think that I may be recording this review in the wrong place, however, if you are purchasing a new car from Corkill's then the above will apply to you.
