Country Cars of Bristol is a poor excuse for a dealership, phoned on Monday enquiring about a cars mot told it was due in on Thursday morning and to ring back Thursday afternoon (willing to buy it with out test driving as needed car by Saturday). I phoned back Thursday to speak to a 2nd chap who informed me the car hadn't gone in and the original person I spoke to wasn't in at present but he would get him to call me back, after an hour or so no word so I called back and expressed my concerns and asked if the car would be going in on Friday the 2nd guy could not answer and said again he'll get first guy to call back, no call again, so after an hour and a half I phoned again to speak to first guy he's still not in, at this point I said if it can't get mot'ed I'll offer a reduced price 2nd guy said he'd call first guy and then call me back I'm still waiting the next morning. The next day I called and spoke to a 3rd person very helpful after explaining the situation he tried to put it in for an mot but he couldn't until after the bank holiday, he also told me there was an issue with the car as it had a slight knocking (1st guy said it drove fine and description didn't mention a knock). After this call I said I'd leave a a bad review shortly after had an angry man phoning me telling me all sorts of excuses as to why the car wasn't moted, but no apology nor any excuse as to why he and his guys could just be honest, all I wanted was a car not a performance but this guys knocked it out of the park bravo maybe take up acting rather than car sale.
