From Outstanding to Abysmal in 4 weeks
We originally gave a 5-star review thanks to the outstanding support from Kat and Ryan during the purchase of our car—they were fantastic. However, we've now had to lower our rating due to the appalling after-sales service. Within just a few weeks, the car developed a brake judder, and to our shock, we were told we'd have to wait over a month just for an investigation appointment. The service manager did reach out, asking us to call him back, which we promptly did. We even followed up with an email, but here we are on the third day, and he still hasn’t bothered to return our call. It’s incredibly frustrating, and we’ve now had to escalate the issue to Mercedes-Benz Head Office to try and get this sorted. It's disappointing to see that the service department falls far short of the high standards set by the sales team—a real shame.
