I initially visited Crown Cars because of its convenient location, but I ended up staying because of the exceptional service from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nathan, in particular, assisted me in finding the perfect Ford Grand C-Max, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I'm already planning to return to Crown Cars for my wife's next car!

Stuart and Nathan are a credit to the business, as they have never been unwelcoming. I have felt looked after as a customer, and it is really appreciated. In fact, the after-care from Crown Cars has been excellent. It's very hard to find that level of service in an industry that doesn't have the best reputation. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Crown Cars to others.

I am very happy with my Hyundai IX35, the team at Crown Cars were so helpful. I was having a little bit of trouble getting some money due to my husband passing away and Nathan was so supportive and friendly to me, he looked after me so well. Nathan and the sales manager assured me that the car was safe to be held for about 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks of the car being kept at the dealership, I managed to get the money and I just can not thank the team enough. It's not everyday that you find a dealership will hold cars in for you. Absolutely 5 stars.

This car is absolutely perfect, the best I have ever had. The BMW X1 was purchased for more comfort, for me, the wife and the kids of course. My favourite thing? Definitely the leather interior, I'm loving it. The staff were honest, open, approachable, and super easy to deal with. It was a pleasure. Everything was fantastic! Nothing but 5 stars.

Since getting my BWM in December, it has been great, and I haven't had any issues with it. Only 4* because I never rate 5*
