It can be nerve racking getting a car from a dealership, especially when it's your first time buying a car, which was the position that I was in when I visited here. I had nothing to worry about because everyone was so welcoming, and they really put my mind at ease about getting a car from a dealership. The customer service was brilliant because I felt well informed throughout the whole process. I work in customer service myself, so I know what customer service to expect. I got exactly that. I've driven the car for a while and probably put 1500 miles on the clock and it has just been great.

I've only dealt with a handful of dealers before visiting this one, and it is safe to say that there have been some questionable things that haven't made it that perfect car buying experience, but I honestly can't think of a single issue that I had at this dealership. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner.

Finally, a dealership that is true to their word. This dealership is close to where I live, so it was easy enough for me to jump in the car and head down here. When I arrived, I explained my circumstances to the salesman and explained what I was looking for, which was a Freelander, as I had one before so I knew what to look out for before I purchased it. After looking around the car, there were a few points that I wanted to amend before I picked it up. On the day of collection, I was happy to see that he stayed true to his word and got everything sorted. From start to finish, it was a really smooth and professional transaction.

Very happy with the whole process Nathan was very helpful and kept me informed the whole process, the car battery stopped working after a week but informed Nathan and he was happy for me to take it to a local garage and they paid for the new battery to be fitted without any hesitation really great service, I would definitely use again for my next car in 3 year’s time.

After having a bad experience with another dealership and having to return the car, I was naturally nervous to purchase another car. Luckily, this dealership restored my faith in buying a car! The team were informative but not pushy and it was the perfect balance. I went for the BMW X5 and I haven't looked back since.

Since purchasing in November my Golf has been perfect! I've used it every day since getting it to commute to work and bob here and there and it has just been a dream to drive. I was worried about buying a second hand Golf so close to Christmas because you never know if it will come with its issues but I've had none! So grateful I've found a decent local garage!

Nath was very helpful when It comes to answering any questions I had about my Insignia, I don't think he could do any more for me. Since visiting here in November my car has been so lovely to drive, I'm very pleased to say the least. The only area for improvement I would suggest is to make sure it isn't raining when I next come to look at another car because I was soaking when I entered the dealership haha! On the whole really happy thank you to everybody that helped me.

Easy 5* for me! I went for the Renault Megane as I was in the market for a economical car and it didn't disappoint, as the car runs very well. This has to be the best dealership that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, every member of the team really looked after me and my wife. They let us look around the dealership to make sure that we didn't feel pressured into purchasing a car that we weren't 100%, they weren't pushy at all. My wife will be looking for a car shortly and we will be going straight back to this dealership. We have already pointed a friend of ours in the direction of this dealership and I would not recommend just anyone to my friends.
