Scam Artist - Avoid at all costs.

I bought an MX5 From Mr James Emerson Barton. It was £2400 and seemed fine on the surface. I took the car to a mechanic who checked it over and found that the rear sills had rotted away and as it was in a structural location it would be deemed a MOT failure. I contacted James and initially he seemed interested and asked for photographic proof and so I sent the photos the mechanic sent me and that was pretty much the last time he seemed interested in helping me out. I had many whatsapp message ignored, even though he had viewed them. He would not pick up the phone when I called him. I even sent letters and he told me I was wasting my time. In the end I went down to his shop to see him and ended up getting most of my money back. ***The vehicle is a RED MAZDA MX5 RG04 EGJ. It has many body work issues. Chassis legs are rotting. Front arches are rotting & have been sprayed over. Rear sills rotted away, Certain parts of the body work have been fiber glassed over*** James, you said to me "I hope you're not going to give me a nasty review" yet you relisted the MX5 instantly claiming it's "In excellent condition throughout! Stunning paintwork and lovely leather interior" so I guess you have repaired all the faults in a day? Very efficient.
