Poor sales tactics and Customer service

I would advise going elsewhere for car sales as this place is very unprofessional and using poor sales tactics. I rang ahead at 12:20 to schedule an appointment to view a car they had for sale for 2pm. After arriving I go to view the car to find someone already in it and tell me they've just purchased it and they rang at 11am to view at 1pm! On my call know one mentioned that someone was coming to view and neither did anyone call me back to let me know it was no longer available having travelled over an hour to get there. Upon speaking to a guy in sales he was rude, unprofessional and offered no apology. Instead he basically said "we get people calling all the time to view cars and they don't always turn up" and then "did you leave your number, how can we call you back" All in all his attitude are signs of a business that doesn't care about customer service and just after that sale and your money and if you are inconvenienced then tuff. In conclusion take this advice and spend your hard earned money at a garage that will greet you with a smile and a warm welcome, something this place needs to brush up on.
