Faulty car and dangerous repairs

I bought a ford fiesta from this lot, and within 4 days the car jumped into limp mode, and had a fuel injector fault. I gave it back to them to have it fixed, and just over a month later the car went into limp mode again. After taking it to a different mechanic I found out that the standard of repairs to the car had left it in an apparently worse state than before, an example of this being the cable plug to the fuel injector had been broken and was held together with a zip tie. They left me with a car that was dangerous to drive and not road worthy. After asking for a refund they have refused me, and now I have had to take them to trading standards and file court action against them. This whole episode has been the most stressful and frustrating experience, not to mention the inconvenience of being left without a motor. I would say hand on heart avoid these at all costs.
