cannot fault these guys. From my very first call enquiring about a Mini Countryman the service was first class, professional and friendly. Will who managed my sale was honest, informative, helpful and engaging throughout the whole sales process. I asked for a video of the vehicle to be sent with pictures of the service history and Will sent them without delay. He also highlighted a very minor scratch in the paintwork and when I arrived over from Ireland to view the vehicle it was even better than described. It was perfectly presented having been fully valeted and polished. The car had been MOTd the day before and needed a replacement wheel bearing and Will took the time to phone me prior to my travel to explain what was happening and that my appointment would need to be pushed back a few hours. This was no problem because Will had given me notice so I was able to relax and grab breakfast in Manchester City Centre prior to traveling out to the dealership. Upon arrival I was offered coffee and cold drinks, was made very welcome and put at ease through the whole process. I was given time on my own to inspect the vehicle prior to taking it for a test drive and it exceeded all of my expectations. Will helped sort out my tax and did the transfer of the log book online there and then. This enabled me to enjoy a wonderful drive back up to Cairnryan to catch the ferry home and the car was exceptional. And I am totally thrilled with it. My partner is looking to change her car soon and we will be contacting Will and the team at Dace as the quality of their vehicles from my experience is exceptional. They are even better than represented in the adverts and any issues quickly resolved backed up by a 3 month warranty. This is how buying a used car should be and I couldn't be happier
