Customer Service is five star, the sales person (Dylan) couldnt do enough for us and he really made it pleasurable to come to a conclusion. .....so Thursday the 9th Feb 23 I had all but given up looking for a car as the one I had just travelled hours to see was a disappointment.... called dace 15 mins before their closing time to enquire about 1 I thought was out of my finance budget....low and behold, Saturday I owned a top spec 5 series... Dylan from the Manchester branch helped me out and hid none of the defects. He knew I had to travel quite a distance, so he told it as it is.......awesome salesmanship. Give Dace a call, I don't see how you culd be misled as nothing happens without u seeing what's happening....it also helps that they keep asking if the deal they find you is affordable, not at your upper limit.
