Very poor after sales

Bought a car then paid for extended warranty, car had numerous faults which they did repair with the exception of one. The car was back a few more times then I was told it’s a used car, there is a rattle but can’t find it, absolute waste of time, fobbed off once again, so the warranty which I paid for wasn’t worth the paper it was printed on, shame on you all
