Waiting for service dept. assistance!

Made a visit to Lookers Mercedes-Benz for technical advice, reception desk on entering showroom was swift and polite. Asked to take a seat in reception and someone from service dept will come and assist. I waited for someone to arrive to an extent of seeing the start & finish of the 800m race + studio discussion + start and finish of the 1500m race + stadium discussion + the first 5 mins of the heptathlon! Please sort out your customer attention or failing that provide coffee and biscuits. PS. My technical question got answered.
